- Shipping & Delivery
- After payment is received, their is a 1- 3 days processing period. After payment is processed and cleared, you will have your products within 5-10 business days (weekends or Holidays are not counting). Most orders are processed and received by customers within one week. Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance. In rare instances, their may be a customs charge, all buyers are responsible for these charges. In very rare cases, some products may be seized by customs, we have never had this happen, but in very rare cases, it is possible. Store90.com is not responsible for any duty, or tax by customs. Although if shoes are seized by customs, we will replace these shoes at no extra charge.

- Returns & Replacements
- * You may return new, unopened items for store credit, within 7 business days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact.
* Defective or damaged items will be exchanged or credited if the buyer reports the problems within 10 business days of delivery, but buyers must send the defective or damaged products to us before we exchange and send the one replaced. * For all returns, the buyer must contact us in writing to describe reason for returns and send the items back for exchange or credit.
* The buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items to Store90 for exchange or credit. Shipping and handling fees shall not be credited.
* The buyer shall also be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when Store90 returns the replaced items to the buyer. Bikini\'s, underwear\'s, Shavers can not be return due to health and regulations purposes.
Store90 shall not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer use a traceable mean to ship the product and purchase shipping insurance.
- Exchange Policy
- All exchanges must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all products must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake..
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the products are darker/lighter than pictured, product do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different product.
For Health reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear or earrings, and fragrances if products has been used, or open.
